What we are
Zora was born from an observation: businesses have never had so much software available, and rarely a single tool that truly fits the way they work. The big vendors sell suites to be adapted; we do the opposite. We start from your trade, your rules and your vocabulary, and we build the tool that goes with them.
Our strength is range. From the heating contractor to the fitness club, from the landscaper to the software publisher, from property management to training: we have mapped out the management rules of trades that have nothing in common, and delivered tools in several of them. The goal is the same every time: let a business stop paying for software that does not exactly meet its specific needs, and give it the tool that does.
And when a build outgrows a single team (several front-end applications, web and mobile at once, a heavy data migration), we deliver it with Flowli, our partner agency, alongside which part of the work shown here was built.
Get structured, then move to AI
A growing business often runs on spreadsheets, emails and habits. It works, until the day it does not: two versions of the same table, a calculation only one person knows how to redo, a customer waiting for an answer nobody can find. Getting structured means putting those facts into a system that holds them, with a tool designed for each use rather than an off-the-shelf product bent out of shape.
Only then does AI become useful. Plugged into scattered data, it produces plausible answers, some of them wrong. Placed inside a structured system, it retrieves, summarises, prefills and cites its source. We guide that transition in that order: first the foundation, then the intelligence, where it has something to stand on.
That is the role of a new generation of agencies: no longer selling a piece of software or a model, but guiding a business, at its size and at its pace, towards tools that look like it. That is what we do for every client, from the first scoping to production, and beyond.
The founder’s background
A master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Grenoble, then two years as a software engineer on a permanent contract, before founding Zora.
Zora works hand in hand with the agency Flowli: we take on projects together and deliver them together, each team reinforcing the other when a build calls for it. Several of the projects shown here were born from this partnership, and it is still going.
